Seed for this sweet pepper was first collected from a roadside produce market in the historic mountain town of Antigua, Guatemala. Flavor is very similar to a bell pepper but the sweetness in its red form is what has made this pepper a rising star for home gardeners.
Fruits are quite large and the plant itself is very tall so staking or supports may be necessary. Much more productive than a standard bell and quicker to ripen to red, as well. Highly recommended.
Sold in a 2.62" wide x 3.5" deep pot.

The picture shown and description of growth is not like the sweet Antigua pepper I have been growing for the ba last ten years. It is my favourite of any I have ever grown. I believe my seed came from Bakersfield seeds.
