ONLINE Pre-Order Policy & Pickup Instructions

Pre-Ordering
Placing a pre-order online secures your spot in our first-come, first-served fulfillment queue and is the only way to guarantee high-demand or limited-availability varieties (crop failures excepted). All online orders must be paid in full at checkout. There is no credit card surcharge or processing fee added when placing a pre-paid order.

 

Pickup Location

When you arrive, please parallel park on the grass only (greenhouses are behind the garage). Your pre-ordered plants are tucked safely away in the pre-order greenhouse to the right of the barn, labeled with your name. Someone will be on hand to retrieve and check over your order, and you’re always welcome to browse and shop the greenhouses while you’re here. Important: Please do not park on the concrete drive or pad—this area is intentionally kept completely clear at all times to allow quick access for emergency vehicles if needed. Thank you for helping us stay safe! 

 

2026 Pickup Window

Pre-orders must be picked up between opening day, TUESDAY May 19th and May 31st, 2026. Any orders not collected by the end of the day on Sunday, May 31 will unfortunately be forfeited and the plants will be placed back into regular inventory (no refunds or credits will be issued for unclaimed pre-orders).

 

Orders Not Picked Up
Any order not picked up by the end of its assigned window will be considered abandoned. No refunds or credits will be issued.

 

IN PERSON Walk-In & Public Hours
Posted hours are gospel — no need to call ahead to check if we’re open. Once the season starts (usually mid-May), everyone is welcome to stop in and shop the greenhouses during posted hours.

 

“Can I shop the greenhouse when I pick up my order?”
Yes — please do! We keep thousands of additional plants (including many one-of-a-kind and surprise varieties) that are never listed online. We intentionally save the best stuff for in-person visitors so there’s always something new to discover.

 

Online Ordering Availability
The online store is open roughly November 15th through April 30 each year for pre-orders.

• Items with an “Add to Cart” button are available.

• Items marked “Not Available” are sold out for the season.

 

Starting May 1, online ordering is automatically disabled by our website host (this setting cannot be overridden). The website stays up for reference, but no new orders can be placed until November (with the exception of Gift Cards).

 

If you miss the pre-order window, come visit in person once we’re open — we  have thousands of great plants available for walk-in customers.
