Thin-walled, 6-inch long, tapered peppers are mild, yet flavorful. They are most often picked and used when fruits are immature at the light yellowish-green color, but can also be left to mature to orange-red, when the flavor sweetness considerably.

 

This is an excellent choice for folks that prefer 'no heat' salsa, as well as slicing on salads or pizzas. And, of course, they are perfect  for roasting or frying.

 

Sold in a 2.62" wide x 3.5" deep pot.
