Striking dark red, almost brown exteriors are streaked with green stripes. Interior meat is deep reddish-brown. Nearly blemish-free, medium to large fruits, averaging 1 lb., are variably shaped but mostly typical. Deliciously rich complex flavor is very sweet and yet full-bodied.
HISTORY: A cross between 'Schimmeig Cregg' and a unknown pink beefsteak, developed by Al Anderson of Covington, Ohio. Also known as "Dark Chocolate Stripes".
