When growing this Calabrian heirloom it is customary to collect pods in small bunches as if they were flowers. Peppers grow upwards forming tight bunches - hence the name.
 
Spicy, intensely flavorful, mildly fruity taste and aroma. An excellent way to add heat to pasta, pizza, meat, garlic bread and salsa. Great to infuse with dipping oils.
 
Compact, bushy and very productive plant lends itself well to being grown in pots.
