A dwarf variety that produces lots medium to large sized yellow tomatoes with red swirled flesh on the blossom end which extends through the flesh. A beautiful tomato with well balanced flavor that is sweet and well balanced.

Dwarf tomato plants are excellent candidates for container growing but will need to be well-staked as they are not 'dwarf' in stature, so plan ahead with a heavy duty caging system.

HISTORY: A Dwarf Tomato Project variety. It originated from a cross made by Patrina Nuske Small between New Big Dwarf and Mortgage Lifter, Pesta Strain and named Pesty. Dwarf Caitydid was selected and named by Craig LeHoullier. The name is a combination of Craig’s daughter Caitlin’s name with the well known insect. It just seemed to be a perfect fit!

An Open Source Seed Initiative (OSSI) variety.

Sold in a 3.5" pot.
