This easy-grow chilli developed from Peru Capsicum baccatum is becoming popular with chilli aficionados everywhere and for good reason!
Plants are extremely vigorous and easy to grow, especially in pots. Expect huge crops of large 3-4” bullet shaped peppers, which start off green and ripen to red. Pods are edible at all stages.
Delicious, fruity flavor, without the strong heat expected from Aji's, the fairly thick walled fruits are ideal for adding to salads or as a garnish to a whole range of dishes. Use them anywhere you would normally use a standard bell for added flavor!
